The growing adoption of AI agents is already influencing hiring and productivity. Salesforce leadership has pointed out that AI-powered coding and workflow agents are increasing efficiency to the point of reducing the need for additional hiring in certain areas. Industry data further supports this transition, with AI adoption surging across enterprises and a significant majority of professionals recognizing AI agents as critical to future business success. However, the effectiveness of these systems depends heavily on access to unified, real-time data, as AI agents are only as capable as the information they can process.
